At Aushadhi Chai Wala, we aim to provide the best customer experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, or refunds may be processed.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via email or phone.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery
  • Wrong product received
  • The product has manufacturing defects

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Provide photos or videos as proof of damage/defect

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Tea, herbs, or consumable items that have been tampered with
  • Items without original packaging

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under valid conditions:

  • If the cancellation is approved before shipping
  • If the returned product meets our quality check
  • If the product is unavailable or out of stock

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method or as store credit

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Defective products

Replacements are sent after verifying the issue and receiving return confirmation (if required).

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged product), we cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons, shipping charges are non-refundable.
